We know many of you are new to homeshooling due to changes in the school system and COVID-19. HCCH is here to help you as you get started in this new adventure. Feel free to invite friends/family, this event is open to the public. You do not need to be a member of HCCH to attend this online workshop.
Heather Neufeld, from Homeschool Specialist will take you through everything you need to know when you are just getting started homeschooling or considering if it is the right option for you. Topics covered will be:
- Texas homeschool laws
- Different methods/approaches
- Curriculum and Community options
Most of this content is recorded online in a FaceBook private group and on the Homeschool Specialist website. If you can go and watch those videos prior to this workshop, we will be able to spend more time on the curriculum options and Q&A.
