Get your pictures in the HCCH yearbook!

We want your photos!

The Yearbook Staff invites students and parents to submit photos for the yearbook.  If you've got great photos of school and community events or you and your friends just having fun, we'd like to see them. Our photographers can't be everywhere, so help us get as many photos as possible to create a diverse book everyone will want to have. We are especially interested in photos that tell a story. Action shots will be chosen more often than posed pictures.

Yearbook Committee is currently looking for these photos:  

1.  Your OWN family's activities, classes, vacations, etc.
2.  Kids' sports (all sports and PE activities)
3.  HCCH field trips (any/all field trip pics)
4.  HCCH Holiday Parties
5.  HCCH Park Day
6.  Father-Daughter Dance Photobooth Pics
7.  PAC Day and BU Class Days
9.  Any other HCCH Events and Activities


Here is how you can submit photos online:

  • Go to THIS LINK

  • If it does not automatically log you into the site, enter HCCH username: 0VpFUVTjJY5wnCEYC9PRg3g

  • Browse your computer to select the photo(s) you wish to upload.

  • The site will ask for your email, First and Last Name (this is the parent info)

  • For each photo, please fully complete each field:

    • First/Last Name of Student Field:

      • If only one student in photo, write student's first/last name in field.

      • If mutiple students are pictured for an HCCH event, write "HCCH Event" or name of event in this field.

    • Grade-Level Field:

      • Select student's grade level if one student in photo

      • Select "N/A" if more than one student is pictured in photo 

    • Description Field (this will allow yearbook committee to better caption the photo):

      • Include date photo was taken (or month) 

      • Location where photo was taken

      • Description of activity or event, including a quote if you have one!

      • Names of students (if known)

      • Include "HCCH" if it was an event or parkday hosted by HCCH (example:  HCCH parkday, HCCH Picnic, etc.)

  • Click "Save Details."

It's that easy! Submit your photos today!  The last day to submit photos is 05/31/2024.

Here are a few tips on submitting photos: 

  • Pictures of HCCH children of all ages are welcome!
  • If you use a camera phone exclusively to take pictures, some of these photos may not be high enough quality to be included in the yearbook or may be added in a very small size to maintain clarity of photo.  Just to let you know that while we prefer high-quality photos for the yearbook submissions, but we will try to use lower quality photos if we can.
  • While group photos are a great way to get lots of people in the yearbook, we are mostly interested in photos that tell a story. Great action shots of kids interacting in their lessons or other activities are highly encouraged!
