HCCH Membership Renewal
- The HCCH membership renewal drive runs from August 1 - August 31 for each school year.
- Yearly membership fee is $35 per family per year. Our membership year runs from September 1 through August 31.
- NEW HCCH members who joined AFTER March 1st are *EXEMPT* from renewal this school year - enjoy the free year! (Please contact our registration coordinator via email if you have received an invoice.)
- Renewal reminder emails will be sent to families regularly during our renewal drive.
- If you haven't renewed your membership by August 31, your account will be parked, and you will be removed from our Facebook group.
Steps to Complete HCCH Membership Renewal:
**You MUST be logged into your HCCH account before starting the renewal process.
1. Review/Update your membership profile: My Profile
- Review your email, address, student information and message forum preferences.
- Click "Submit" at the bottom of the Profile screen to save your changes.

3. Pay your $35 renewal membership invoice: Your Account Balance
- Please pay ANY outstanding balances as part of your renewal (from HCCH, BU or PAC Day).
Parked Accounts:
If your account has been "Parked" because your membership has expired, please follow these steps to renew your membership.
1. Login to your account
2. You will ONLY be able to view your Profile and Statement of Account.
3. Click "Pay All" to pay all outstanding balances.
4. Click the orange Paypal button to pay via Paypal.
5. You will be directed to Paypal to pay your invoice(s).
- You do not need a Paypal account to pay on Paypal - click the "Pay with Debit Card or Credit Card" option.
- Once our membership coordinator verifies your Paypal payment, you will receive an email confirmation reactivating your HCCH membership within a few days.
