Mrs. Kari Quanz To All Instructors

Kari has been teaching at HAAC Day/ BU since 2014 and is passionate about sharing her love of American Sign Language (ASL) with her students.  Growing up with deaf parents, she was immersed in Deaf culture and ASL from an early age, giving her a unique perspecive and deep appreciation for the language and community.  Mrs. Quanz enjoys bringing rea-life experiences from her childhood into the classroom, helping students gain a meaningful understanding of ASL, Deaf culture, and effective communication.  She is dedicated to creating an engaging and supportive learning enviroment where students can develop both language skills and cultural awareness.
