Mrs. Melissa Laster To All Instructors

I was born and raised in Bulverde and happily live here on a homestead with my husband and 4 children (ages 9, 11, 14, & 16). I graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, minoring in English and History. Before becoming a mother, I taught middle school in the public school system. I’ve been homeschooling my children for 9 years and embrace the freedom of Christ-centered learning and open discovery that comes with teaching outside of the public system.

A little more about me; I'm a worship leader at church, nature enthusiast, avid reader, struggling gardener, inventive baker, and passionate teacher. I am thankful to share my love of learning with students at BU.
