Mrs. Lauren Gibbins To All Instructors

Mrs. Lauren Gibbins is a passionate science teacher who believes that studying science is one way to better understand and appreciate God’s creation. She holds a degree in Biological Sciences from Louisiana State University, where she built a strong foundation in biology and developed a love for careful observation, critical thinking, and evidence-based reasoning—skills she brings into her classroom every day.

Mrs. Gibbins is also a proud mom of four, a role that has deeply shaped her approach to teaching. She values patience, compassion, and encouragement, and strives to create a classroom environment where students feel known, supported, and challenged to grow. She believes each student is uniquely created by God and capable of learning and success.

Mrs. Gibbins enjoys designing hands-on labs and engaging lessons that help students apply scientific concepts while developing responsibility, integrity, and perseverance. She is committed to partnering with families and guiding students academically while also encouraging strong character and a sense of purpose rooted in faith.
